Welcome to the site. 2007 was a massive year for learning and change
- I can say that now because it is over and it is much easier to
look back on the lessons then to live through them. I know this
is my case as well as many of the special (and resilient) people
around me.
I want to say thank you to the people who came into my life in
2007 (the good, the bad and the ugly - you know who you are).
In 2007 A Guide to Health was a natural healthcare advisory and
training practice that specialises in stress
management and nutritional
management for times of change and development such
as adolescence,
pregnancy, sports/training
and peri-menopause/andropause.
Things have changed and the Nutrition clinic is on hold while I
am working on a worthwhile project with an international charity
I have great respect for.
The Meditation group has started up again - we are meeting
at Sutherland library on Wednesdays. Please contact Tania
Smith for more information.

and resilience, sometimes we just forget or get lost in "the
small stuff". It is just a matter of focussing on where you
are and where you want to be.
Simple? Yes. Easy? Not always.
Just keep going - you owe it to yourself and your world around
you.
